STEP 1

•We will clean any oil,grease or any other substances on the surface with environmental safe chemicals with high pressure water blasters.

•After surface is clean, 7 day drying time on concrete is needed

•pool wet etching is recommended.

•If surface is already clean or new, follow step 2

STEP 2

•Ensure the concrete is sufficiently cured to the recommended minimum of 28 days from completion.

•Substrate compression strength should be at least 25MPa, cohesive bond strength at least 1.5MPa and moisture content below 4%.

• Diamond grind/blast/sand the surface dry

•Repair and fill cracks/joints

STEP 3

•Mask/tape all surrounds areas

•apply epoxy costings

STEP 4

Apply Uv top coat. Refer to type of finish

STEP 5

•after all coatings has been cured, we will undertake a slip test and the certified documentations of the finish you've chosen
